Job Description

Provide support to the Manager in completing the initial scheduling exercise (post-win and pre-design) for all allocated projects while timely updating the information based on the changes received from the project sites.

Create a work breakdown structure and cash flow plan for the allocated projects in collaboration with the Operations team under the guidance of the Manager.
Coordinate with the Planning team at projects, collecting the first level analysis of planned vs actual progress, collating and refining the insights to present to the Manager Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders, including senior managers in the organisation on the progress of the project.
Ensure adherence to standardized reporting mechanisms and defined timelines across projects
Provide analytical insights to the Manager from the captured data and facilitate project teams in resolving issues hindering
The smooth execution of the projects.
Create a work breakdown structure and cash flow plan for the allocated projects in collaboration with the Operations team under the guidance of the Manager.

Indicative Experience and Exposure

Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical with 3-7 years experience or
BE/B.Tech with 2-5 years experience or
M.Tech with 1-4 years experience in operations or planning team
