Job Description

Risk Management:
Identify, assess, and manage financial risks, including market, credit, and operational risks.
Strategy Development:
Design and implement risk mitigation strategies aligned with company objectives.
Compliance:
Ensure adherence to risk management policies, regulations, and industry standards.
Data Analysis:
Analyze data to identify trends, forecast risks, and support decision-making.
Reporting:
Prepare and present reports on risk exposure and management strategies to senior leadership.
Process Improvement:
Recommend ways to enhance risk management systems and processes.

Required Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in
Fraud and Risk Management
, with a strong understanding of
regulatory compliance
and industry best practices.
Prior experience in the
payments domain
will be considered an
added advantage
.
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are required
