Job Purpose
"This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd."Duties and Responsibilities
Daily Visit to ND/RD offices.- Manage ND relationships.- Sign up new ND relationships.- Maintain Entire Data of All ND- Sales Staff ( Branch Manager ,Sales Executive and Field Staff)- Mobilize deposits through channel partner?s i.e National Distributors/Regional Distributors.- DSR to be sent regularly on desired format.- Ensure productivity through Deposit mobilization, FD penetration, branch activation and renewals at local ND branches.- To organize road shows with sub brokers/distributors informing them about features of BFL FD.- To enable smooth processing of applications sourced from distributors.- To promptly resolve queries of Broker/Sub-broker/customers through interaction with internal staff.Required Qualifications and Experience
¥ Graduate/Post graduate.¥ A minimum of 5-7 years experience in Sales.¥ High energy levels, self motivated and a Go getter.¥ Past experience in BFI and Distribution management (broker management) is necessary.¥ Channel Management Skills.
