Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting

• Lead and manage the

  annual budgeting process

Data Management & Advanced Analytics

• Establish and maintain a

  centralized data management system

  , including a data dictionary and catalog.
• Utilize

  data science, AI tools, and predictive modeling

• Lead

  customer data analysis

  to transform service metrics into actionable insights for Sales.
• Collaborate with Marketing to analyze

KPI Monitoring & Reporting

• Define and track

• Support

Process Improvement & Efficiency

• Streamline reporting processes and

• Drive

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Marketing, IT, and Customer Service to align financial planning with organizational strategy.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

Education:

• CA/ICWA

Experience:

• 5-6 years in FP&A, data analysis, business intelligence, or related domain.

Technical Expertise:

• Must-have:

  Advanced Excel & VBA, Power BI, SQL, PowerPoint.

• Preferred:

  Python, R for data analysis and automation.
• Strong knowledge of

  data management, statistical analysis
