Ensuring total quality assurance at incoming, final & outgoing quality on an hourly basis.
Process inspection: work order, 6S, ESD, screw torque, equipment, temperature and humidity, etc.
Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping in the SMT section.
Assist the QC leader in tracking or deal with quality and other issues.
Delivered the production line quality, cost and delivery targets.
Implement problem-solving tools on the shop floor (7 QC tools).
Ensure the safety and respect of equipment and the environment.
Analyse in-house rejections & initiate actions for scrap reduction & to increase productivity.
Prepare weekly/monthly quality performance reports for top management.
