Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager Credit Cell TPA and Others to join our team at Fortis Healthcare Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in credit cell TPA and other related fields, with excellent leadership and management skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the credit cell TPA process to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Develop and implement strategies to improve credit cell TPA performance and reduce costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and goals.
Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
Provide training and guidance to junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in credit cell TPA or a related field.
Strong understanding of credit cell TPA principles and practices.
Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
