Job Description

  • Assist in managing contractual and commercial functions across residential, commercial, and township projects.
  • Prepare, review, and finalize work orders, agreements, and tender documents in coordination with internal departments.
  • Conduct rate analysis, quantity take-offs, and cost comparisons for vendor evaluation.
  • Support in tendering, bid evaluation, and negotiations with contractors and suppliers.
  • Ensure that all contracts comply with company policies, legal norms, and project specifications.
  • Track contract progress, variations, and amendments throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assist in resolving contractual disputes, claims, and correspondence with vendors and consultants.
  • Maintain documentation of all agreements, tender records, and contractual communications.
  • Coordinate with execution, billing, planning, procurement, finance, and legal teams for seamless contract management.
  • Prepare MIS reports, summaries, and dashboards for senior management review.
