Responsibilities

Conduct commercial analysis for bids, projects, and mergers & acquisitions within the renewable energy sector.
Develop financial models to support various business initiatives and decision-making processes.
Provide expertise in structuring deals related to tax, GST, and contracting to ensure compliance and optimize financial outcomes.
Collaborate on plant configuration and technology selection to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Lead inbound and outbound mergers & acquisitions as well as joint ventures to expand market presence and drive growth.

Qualifications

Qualification: CA with a good rank, or BE/B.Tech with MBA (Finance)Experience : up to 4 years of relevant work experience
