Role & responsibilities

Deputy Manager - Area Sales,

KRA by Sales Channel - Open Market

100% distribution points to be manned with quality groomed NFTEs to have first hand good experience for the customer
Frequent/regular visit in the market/distribution point, upload Daily Visit Report ( DVR ) in system basis targets
Ensure sales activities are initiated aggressively by the RE without disturbing the customer, Work closely with people on the ground to avoid any escalations
Regular review of non-productive high cost distribution points to be done
Asms managing call center's to ensure that daily shrinkage of agents is controlled for minimal wastage of leads, dial hours
Capacitized allocation to be done, High yield productivity targets to be driven with strong review mechanism
