Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Administration & Facilities

Manage day-to-day administration of the Corporate Office, including housekeeping, security, cafeteria, transport, travel desk, and office upkeep.

Ensure optimal utilization and maintenance of office infrastructure, utilities, and assets.

Oversee office expansion, relocation, fit-outs, and refurbishment activities in coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Vendor & Contract Management

Manage administration-related vendors and service providers (facility management, security, housekeeping, transport, etc.).

Negotiate contracts, monitor SLAs, control costs, and ensure service quality.

Process PRs/POs, verify bills, and manage budgets related to administration expenses.

Statutory & Compliance

Ensure compliance with applicable local laws, fire & safety norms, building regulations, and statutory requirements.

Coordinate with government authorities, landlords, and regulatory bodies as required.

Support audits by maintaining documentation and compliance records.

Employee Services & Support

Manage employee facilities and support services at the corporate office.

Address admin-related employee concerns and ensure timely resolution.

Support HR and leadership teams during corporate events, meetings, and visits.

Governance & Reporting

Prepare MIS reports on administration costs, vendor performance, and facility utilization.

Implement process improvements and cost-optimization initiatives.

Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and governance standards.
