We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to lead our acquisition household sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a proven track record of success in acquiring new customers.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to senior management.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the household sector.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationship building.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to think creatively.
Experience in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
