Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day accounting operations including payables, receivables, payroll, general ledger, and bank reconciliation.
Review and approve journal entries, vouchers, and ensure ledger accuracy.
Support timely preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
Ensure statutory compliance GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other legal requirements.
Coordinate with internal, statutory, and tax auditors for audits and filings.
Manage banking operations, fund flow, and monthly financial planning.
Collaborate with Head Office and other departments (Sales, Operations, Procurement) for smooth financial processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelors / Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (ICWA / MBA Finance preferred).
10–12 years of accounting experience, with minimum 5 years in a managerial role.
Strong understanding of Ind-AS / IFRS, taxation, and corporate compliance.
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP).
