Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Manager- Accounts at Lakshmi Electrical Drives Private Limited, located in Coimbatore. The Deputy Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, managing accounting operations, preparing budgets and financial statements, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role will involve coordinating with internal and external auditors, implementing internal controls, and overseeing accounts payable and receivable. Additionally, the Deputy Manager will assist in financial planning and analysis to support business decisions. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Financial Reporting, Accounting Operations, and Budgeting Experience with Financial Analysis, Financial Planning, and Financial Statements preparation Familiarity with Regulatory Compliance and Internal Controls implementation Skills in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Audit coordination Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Professional certification such as CPA or CA is an advantage Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Effective communication and leadership skills
