Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Deputy General Manager Store located in Alwar. The Deputy General Manager Store will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining efficient workflow. The Deputy General Manager Store will also supervise staff, manage budgets, and contribute to strategic planning initiatives aimed at improving store performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management, supply chain coordination, and workflow optimization
• Strong leadership skills, ability to supervise staff and manage budgets
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in a similar management role within the manufacturing or automotive industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
