Job Description

As a General Manager Sales with over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, your role involves developing and implementing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for residential and commercial projects. You will lead and manage the sales team, monitor market trends, establish client relationships, oversee marketing campaigns, drive pricing strategies, and ensure smooth coordination between various teams for deal execution. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for residential and commercial projects to meet revenue and growth targets. - Lead and manage the sales team, including sales executives, presales staff, CRM, and marketing professionals, ensuring performance excellence. - Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for business expansion. - Establish strong client relationships with investors, channel partners, brokers, and corporate clients to enhance sales pipelines. - Oversee digital and traditional marketing campaigns to promote brand visibility, project awareness, and lead generation. - Drive the pricing strategy of projects in collaboration with senior management to ensure competitiveness and profitability. - Set and monitor sales targets across projects, providing guidance and support to ensure consistent achievement. - Ensure smooth coordination between sales, legal, finance, and construction teams for seamless deal execution. - Represent the company at industry events, property expos, investor meets, and networking forums to enhance market positioning. - Provide regular performance reports and sales forecasts to the Board of Directors and contribute to strategic decision-making. - Implement best practices in customer engagement, client servicing, and complaint resolution to improve client satisfaction and referrals. - Ensure compliance with all RERA guidelines, real estate regulations, and company policies in sales and marketing practices. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. - Minimum 15 years of proven experience in real estate sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. - In-depth knowledge of residential, commercial, and luxury property sales in both primary and secondary markets. - Expertise in designing and implementing digital marketing and sales automation strategies. - Strong negotiation, closing, and client relationship management skills. - Ability to lead large teams, mentor future leaders, and build a culture of accountability and excellence. - Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance evaluation. - Strong communication, presentation, and networking abilities. - High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical business practices. - Ability to thrive in a dynamic, competitive, and fast-paced environment.,
