Deputy General Manager - Quality Assurance/Quality Control

As a Deputy General Manager in Quality Assurance and Quality Control at Sumitomo Chemical India Limited (SCIL) based in Bhavnagar, Gujarat, your role will involve leading the QAQC function to ensure compliance with global standards and drive continuous improvement in quality across all operational facets. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. MBA Preferred. - Extensive experience in quality management and quality assurance, with a proven track record of leading teams. - Deep expertise in quality control processes, standards, and regulatory compliance. - Proven audit and inspection expertise, with the ability to manage complex audits and corrective action plans. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. - Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a capacity for strategic thinking and independent work.
