Deputy General Manager - Projects

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the finishing operations of various real estate projects
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, contractors, and designers
• Supervise and coordinate the installation of finishing materials such as flooring, cabinetry, and fixtures
• Implement and monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess the progress and quality of finishing work
• Resolve any finishing-related issues or discrepancies that may arise during the construction phase
• Provide leadership and guidance to the finishing team, ensuring high performance and motivation
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and senior management regarding project updates and milestones
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives in finishing operations
