As a Head of Lifecycle, you will play a crucial role in driving engagement, maintaining SLAs, improving retention, and managing the lifecycle of our 3PL vendors. Your responsibilities will include owning end-to-end lifecycle processes, ensuring metrics meet targets, hiring and developing the lifecycle team, and conducting performance reviews.
