Job Title: Human Resource Professional

Location: Ernakulam

Key Responsibilities:1. Leadership & Administration

• Oversee all administrative operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.
• Provide leadership and direction to departmental heads across HR, operations, finance, and production.
• Develop internal systems, policies, and procedures to streamline management practices.

2. Human Resources Management

• Lead recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and industrial relations norms.
• Build a strong organizational culture that encourages accountability, teamwork, and growth.
• Oversee payroll, training, and employee welfare programs.

3. Liaison & Coordination

• Act as the company's key liaison with external parties such as lawyers, consultants, auditors, and government agencies.
• Manage statutory and regulatory interactions including factory inspections, pollution control, and industrial licensing.

4. Operations Oversight

• Ensure seamless coordination between administrative and operational functions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• MBA
• 8+ years of experience in administrative or managerial roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, statutory compliance, and industrial relations.
• Experience in liaising with legal advisors and government departments is essential.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
