Job Description

You will be responsible for the following key areas: Role Overview: - Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics. - Experience with financial consolidation and reporting tools (e.g., Hyperion, Cognos). Key Responsibilities: - Strong understanding of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and IFRS. - Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements. - Expertise in standard costing, activity-based costing, and variance analysis. - Hands-on experience in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial modeling. - Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, dashboards). - Ability to generate and interpret MIS reports, KPI dashboards, and financial statements. - Familiarity with internal audit procedures, risk assessment, and SOX compliance. - Experience in implementing and monitoring internal financial controls (IFC). - Ability to evaluate CAPEX proposals, perform ROI analysis, and track project budgets. - Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools. - Understanding of automation tools like RPA for finance processes. Qualification Required: - CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent. - Experience: 10 to 20 Years,
