Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Deputy General Manager Contracts located in Mumbai. The Deputy General Manager Contracts will be responsible for managing tenders, overseeing contract management, handling procurement processes, budgeting, and coordinating operational activities. The position involves supervising contract negotiations, ensuring compliance with legal standards, and maintaining records of all contract-related information. The individual will also be expected to liaise with various departments to guarantee that contractual obligations are fulfilled and project timelines are met.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Tender Management and Procurement
• Experience in Operations Management and Contract Management
• Proficient in Budgeting and financial planning
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
