Role Description

The Deputy General Manager - Contracts will oversee contract management, tendering processes, and procurement activities to support the successful execution of real estate projects. Responsibilities will include managing contract negotiations, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, overseeing project budgeting, and coordinating procurement processes. The role requires a strong focus on handling operational and contractual matters efficiently while maintaining quality and cost-effectiveness. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Tender Management, including preparation, submission, and evaluation of tenders.
• Expertise in Contract Management and Procurement processes, with experience in negotiations and vendor management.
• Strong skills in Budgeting and financial analysis for effective cost management and planning.
• Experience in Operations Management to ensure smooth project execution and adherence to deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate regulations and industry standards in Mumbai is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced certifications in contract or project management are an advantage.
