Deputy Director - Data Gov. & Stewardship

Overview The MDM Data Steward Lead is responsible for implementing master data management within the Location domain to create golden records for use within EDF and application layers. This role involves working closely with various departments to ensure that location master data is accurate, complete, and compliant with company standards and policies. Responsibilities Data Governance: Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and consistency. Data Quality Management: Monitor and improve data quality by identifying match-merge and data quality rules and facilitating data remediation for Supplier master data Data Integration: Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate master data across different systems and platforms. Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and provide insights to support business decisions. Documentation: Create and maintain documentation related to master data management standards, processes, and procedures. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on master data management best practices and tools. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in data management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Skills: Proven leadership and team management skills. Strong strategic planning and project management abilities. In-depth understanding of data governance and data quality principles. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to drive change and influence at all levels of the organization. Experience with MDM tools such as Informatica, SAP MDG, or similar. Show more Show less
