Job Description

Handling all ROC/MCA related event basis and periodic filings for the Company
Preparation of Agendas/working papers, inter-department coordination for information and preparation of minutes and circulation to the Board/Committee members including General Meetings
Maintaining statutory registers and records in physical and digital format
Preparation of Annual Reports and Annual return for the Company
Preparation and filings of event based and quarterly/half-yearly/Annual Filings and Compliances with Stock exchanges for Debt listed Company (NSE/BSE)Experience on raising of funds through NCD/MLD on EBP and non-EBP portals, preparation of transaction documents, obtaining In-principal approval from stock exchange, ISINs procurement, filing of listing applications with Stock exchanges, setting up records dates and due dates for interest/redemption payments etc
Liasoning with Depositories for various services relating to voting facilities etc
Preparation of annual disclosures and filings required under Companies Act, SEBI and RBI guidelines for several stakeholder of the Company
Coordinating with Auditors for obtaining event based and periodic certificates
Website management of the Companies for compliances for disclosure requirements for stakeholder under several regulatory guidelines such as SEBI, RBI, MCA Medical Insurance and Other Statutory
