As a Deputy City Manager (Sales) at NoBrokerHood, your role is crucial in managing a sales team, achieving sales targets, ensuring top-notch customer service, and steering the team towards the organization's objectives. You will engage with clients daily, analyze market trends, and devise sales strategies to enhance performance and expand the business in your assigned region. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure exceptional client satisfaction by proactive communication and timely issue resolution in Client Relationship Management. - Drive initiatives to boost Net Promoter Score by analyzing customer feedback and implementing service enhancements for NPS Improvement. - Increase NoBrokerHood app adoption through user training, activations, and resident engagement in NBH App Adoption. - Collaborate effectively with RWAs, committees, vendors, and internal teams for operational excellence in Stakeholder Management. - Identify service gaps, manage risks, and implement retention strategies to minimize customer churn in Risk & Churn Control. - Exceed city-level revenue targets through upselling, renewals, and client retention strategies for Revenue Target Achievement. - Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing city team ensuring accountability, productivity, and team growth in Team Management.
