The role requires you to act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for both commercial and assigned customer representations, which may include System Administrators or other authorized users. Your responsibilities will involve managing all commercial relationship items such as pricing negotiation, renewals, M&A, and expansion. Additionally, you will handle key administrative tasks like Salesforce administration, data integrity, reporting, and forecasting. You will be expected to respond to general escalations and collaborate with other key business stakeholders to resolve issues. Maintaining engagement within assigned accounts and building customer relationships to increase the Customer Champion/Referral program will be crucial. You will also play a vital role in developing expanded business opportunities by analyzing account potential, initiating, developing, and closing sales. Your ability to make an initial presentation, explain product and service enhancements, introduce new products and services will be essential for success in this role. To qualify for this position, you should have at least 1 year of professional experience in sales and/or account management, or 3 years of customer relationship management experience in another customer-facing sales or service role. While a Bachelor's degree is preferred, proven performance in achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) is necessary. Building effective customer relationships and being a team player are key attributes required for this role. Strong problem-solving abilities, conflict resolution skills, time management, and attention to detail are essential. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and proficiency in the Microsoft Suite are also prerequisites. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) deadlines, and demonstrate a detail-oriented and process-focused approach with a strong emphasis on accuracy and organization. A customer-first mindset and the ability to interface visually, verbally, and in writing are critical. The role will require working U.S. hours.
