This pivotal role involves overseeing clinic operations, providing patient-centric care, leading a dedicated team, and contributing to revenue generation. Requirements: - BAMS and MD in Panchakarma or related specialisation from a prestigious institution in India (preferred) - 5+ years of Ayurvedic treatment experience - Fluent in both English and Tamil - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Dedicated to maintaining a culture of honesty and transparency in all professional interactions and embodying these qualities in your overall approach.
