Job Description

You will be working as a Deputy City Head (ERP Sales) for NoBrokerHood, a subsidiary of NoBroker, India's first prop-tech unicorn. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales of ERP solutions within the assigned territory. This entails developing and executing sales strategies, identifying potential customers, delivering sales presentations, and negotiating contracts. Building and nurturing client relationships, working closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets and KPIs are also part of your role. Additionally, you will be expected to provide insights on market trends and customer requirements to influence the company's product offerings. To excel in this role, you should have prior experience in ERP sales and business development. Strong skills in sales strategy development, customer targeting, and engagement are essential. Proven track record in delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and managing client relationships is required. Collaboration with internal teams, understanding market trends, and exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities are key to success. A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is necessary, and experience in the property technology sector would be advantageous.,
