Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Deputy Branch Manager located in Jaipur. The Deputy Branch Manager will oversee day-to-day branch operations, manage and support staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and meet sales targets. Responsibilities include developing strategies for business growth, conducting regular performance appraisals, ensuring compliance with company policies, and resolving any customer or staff issues promptly. The Deputy Branch Manager will also be expected to maintain accurate records, manage financial resources effectively, and foster a positive working environment within the branch.
