 Deputy Area Manager - Rural Consumer Durable 
 Job Purpose 
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd. Engage with channel partners to build and strengthen relationships. Build distribution for Rural Consumer Product Finance and conduct distribution mapping for Rural Consumer Product Finance.  Culture Anchor:

  •  Duties and Responsibilities 
  • Achieving and exceeding business goals and targets for Consumer Durables.
  • Creating a strong and compliant sales culture to drive acquisitions, profitability, and employee development.
  • Manage the distribution through dealer relations and servicing the dealers, addressing their concerns appropriately.
  • Managing the delinquency of the business sourced to ensure the health of the portfolio.
  • Effectively engage Operations & Risk teams to understand and contribute to overall processes and profitability across locations.
  • Identifying the need for sales training, analyzing changing market trends, channel deployment, etc. Also, providing feedback and suggestions to the RSM/NSM.
  • Ensure implementation of promotional plans and contests, and suggest new and innovative promotion plans for the area of work.
  • Recruiting and retaining high performers.
  • Ensuring highest levels of employee relationship, motivation, and engagement to drive results and high levels of employee satisfaction.
  • Supporting collections team in ensuring 100% collections.
  •  Major Challenges: 
  • Struggling to find and keep talented employees.
  • Customers always seeking the latest technology, most efficient service, instant gratification, and a customized experience.
  • Retaining employees as they have the banking sector as an available option.
  • Online market impact on the field.

  •  Required Qualifications and Experience 
  •  Qualifications: 
  • Graduation / Post Graduation
  • Strong analytical skills to drive channel performance and profitability
  • People & Relationship Management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  •  Work Experience: 
  • Graduation / Post Graduation with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in sales
  • MBA with 3-4 years of relevant experience in sales

  •  Dimensions 
     Financial Dimensions 
  • Define business scope, set business goals, and allocate to team.
  • Festive seasonsMinimum 15,000 cases in a quarter.
  • Normal daysMinimum 9,000 cases in a quarter.
  • Cross-sell targets650 IPC to be maintained.
