Role Overview

As the Health & Wellness Department Manager, you will drive the

sales, education, and trust-based engagement

of wellness products on the floor. This includes supplements, herbal remedies, organic foods, and fitness-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Trust
: Drive business by offering need-based recommendations and wellness consultations.
Team Capability
: Build and train a knowledgeable team capable of advising customers responsibly and confidently.
Inventory & Compliance
: Ensure right stock mix, monitor expiry, and maintain storage SOPs as per health category norms.
Customer Education
: Plan wellness activations, sampling drives, and collaborations with experts.
Category Growth
: Share insights with central teams on customer trends, emerging needs, and product gaps.
