This includes managing their calendars, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and making travel arrangements. Communication : They serve as a liaison between the executives and internal/external stakeholders. They may handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication on behalf of the executives. Document Management : Executive Assistants are responsible for organizing and maintaining documents, reports, and records related to Liability Sales and TASC activities. This may involve creating presentations, reports, and spreadsheets. Meeting Coordination : They coordinate meetings and conferences, including preparing agendas, distributing materials, and taking meeting minutes. They ensure that meetings run smoothly and follow - up on action items. Data Analysis : Executive Assistants may be required to gather and analyze data related to Liability Sales and TASC activities. They help executives make informed decisions by providing relevant data and insights. Client and Customer Interaction : In TASC, they may interact with business clients and customers, addressing their inquiries, providing information about services, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
