1. Drive department-wise apparel sales by monitoring performance, achieving daily/weekly/monthly targets, and ensuring high conversion rates.
2. Lead, motivate, and train the department staff (fashion advisors, floor executives) to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain brand standards.
3. Ensure timely stock availability, effective product placement, and adherence to visual merchandising guidelines for apparel collections.
4. Maintain accurate stock levels, track inward/outward movement, and implement shrinkage control measures in line with company SOPs.
5. Enhance customer satisfaction by addressing queries, resolving complaints efficiently, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
