As a Retail Team Leader at Scandy Ice Candy in Kochi, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple stores, ensuring exceptional customer service, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Your responsibilities will include managing retail operations, supervising staff, maintaining inventory records, resolving operational issues, and contributing to staff training and development initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will involve managing and supervising daily retail operations across multiple stores, ensuring excellent customer service standards, scheduling staff effectively to provide adequate coverage, conducting stock counts to maintain accurate inventory records, promptly addressing operational issues, and assisting in staff training and development efforts to enhance performance and service quality. You will report directly to the Retail Manager and collaborate closely to implement strategies and achieve business objectives. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication and customer service skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis, experience in Operations and Store Management, a strong focus on enhancing the Customer Experience, effective leadership qualities, exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, and preferably previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role. Proficiency in Malayalam is essential, and immediate joiners are preferred. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field would be a plus.
