You will report directly to the Retail Manager and collaborate closely to implement strategies and achieve business objectives. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication and customer service skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis, experience in Operations and Store Management, a strong focus on enhancing the Customer Experience, effective leadership qualities, exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, and preferably previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role. Proficiency in Malayalam is essential, and immediate joiners are preferred. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field would be a plus.
