Job Description

1- Finance & Accounting: Organize and control the Finance & Accounts activities of the Unit to ensure compliance of financial systems & facilitate timely closing of company accounts2- Working Capital Management: Effectively manage Working Capital in order to minimize interest cost3- MIS, Planning & Budgeting & Capex: Ensure timely preparation of MIS, Financial, Planning & Budgeting, evaluation of Capex and other reports for effective & timely decision making by Management4- Direct, Indirect Taxation and Commercial laws: Ensure timely and accurate compliance with various laws and explore and avail all Incentives and Tax benefits

Business Continuity Risk Management and Insurance: Timely preparation & coordinate review of various risks and prepare effective mitigation plans thereof and ensure full coverage of risk with minimum premium outgo.
Process Improvement & Statutory Compliances: Ensure compliances of relevant statute of the Department as well as implementation of relevant CFD SOPs
System Management (Safety, Sustainability & WCM): To facilitate roadmap implementation of Safety & Sustainability sub-committees so as to improve compliance levels
People Development: Maintain a congenial work culture by effective management of people to improve productivity, growth & motivation levels of employees to institutionalize best organizing practices in the Unit
Logistic and Scrap Management Committee. Optimization of Cost and integration of resources
