DEO (Data Entry Operator)

Role Overview: The role involves managing and maintaining accurate student data and academic records across databases and Learning Management Systems (LMS). The position requires strong attention to detail, coordination with internal teams and partners, and proactive follow-up to ensure data accuracy and completeness. The incumbent will also generate academic and operational reports, support faculty and academic teams with LMS-related updates, and provide basic technical or data-related assistance to users as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain student information and academic records in the database and LMS.
• Verify accuracy and completeness of data received from various partners and departments.
• Identify data errors or inconsistencies and coordinate for corrections.
• Carry out telecalling with partners and students for missing or inconsistent data.
• Generate and share reports related to student details, batch details, student performance, attendance, and course progress.
• Support faculty and academic teams with LMS-related data updates.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of academic records.
• Provide basic technical or data-related support to users when needed.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Graduate from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university
• Freshers with good computer and communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Up to 1 year of experience in data entry, database management, or academic administration will be preferred.
