Our services include insurance verification, claims submission, payment posting, accounts receivable management, and credentialing.

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Dental Billing Specialist (AR Caller) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of dental billing practices, insurance processes, and dental software systems. This is a remote position requiring availability during U.S. business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Submit dental insurance claims electronically and manually.
• Accurately post insurance and patient payments (EOBs, checks, EFTs).
• Follow up on outstanding claims and handle claim denials or rejections.
• Manage aging reports and maintain detailed documentation of all actions taken.
• Verify insurance benefits and coverage when required.
• Work with dental office teams to resolve billing-related inquiries.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality at all times.
• Utilize practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Open Dental, Eaglesoft, etc.).

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in dental billing and claims management.
• Proficiency in dental practice management software (Dentrix, Open Dental, Eaglesoft, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of CDT codes, insurance terminology, and AR workflows.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• High-speed internet and a functioning computer system.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with multi-office or remote billing environments.
• Familiarity with U.S.-based dental insurance companies and plans.
• Preferred candidates from Ghaziabad and Noida.
