Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Demi Chef De Partie located in Hauz Khas. The Demi Chef De Partie will assist in the preparation and presentation of dishes, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation. Responsibilities include managing kitchen operations, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to health and safety regulations. The role also involves assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily tasks and training junior kitchen staff.

Qualifications

• Strong culinary skills in food preparation and presentation
• Knowledge of Northern European cuisine and cooking techniques
• Experience in kitchen operations and management
• Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
