Kippis is a catering studio based in Delhi, aiming to bring Northern European Inspired cuisine to events with a prior notice of 48 hours. This unique endeavor caters to gatherings and parties with a special culinary touch.

Role Description

This is a full-time Demi Chef De Partie role located in Hauz Khas. The role involves preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes, supervising kitchen operations, and assisting the Head Chef. The Demi Chef De Partie will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene in the kitchen.

Qualifications

• Culinary skills, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
• Experience in kitchen operations and supervision
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Creativity and attention to detail
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Culinary certification or diploma is preferred
