Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhopal for a Demi Chef De Partie. The Demi Chef De Partie will assist the Head Chef in preparation and production of dishes. Daily tasks include preparing ingredients, cooking food to the highest standards, following recipes and guidelines, maintaining cleanliness, and inventory management. The role also involves supervising Commis Chefs, ensuring consistent quality, and adhering to health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Professional cooking, food preparation, and kitchen management skills
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain food quality standards
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and kitchen cleanliness standards
• Supervisory skills, with ability to manage and train Commis Chefs
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Relevant culinary degrees or certifications
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
