Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Demi Chef De Partie located in Hyderabad. The Demi Chef De Partie will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of dishes, maintaining high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness, and ensuring all food is prepared to the highest quality. The role also involves collaborating with the kitchen team, managing kitchen inventories, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

Experience in food preparation and cooking techniques
Proficiency in maintaining high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness
Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the kitchen
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
A diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial
