Demand Planner

As a Demand Planning Analyst, your role involves working on multiple demand planning reports related to customer and item-level forecasting. You will create and maintain reports that identify gaps between actual forecast, customer consumption, and customer confirmations. Your key responsibilities will include preparing key insights from reports and sharing actionable recommendations with the onsite team, identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement in demand forecasting, and keeping all SOPs up to date while ensuring proper documentation of demand planning processes. Qualifications required for this role include proficiency in utilizing tools like Power BI, Power Query, or VBA to streamline reporting and analytics, as well as the ability to develop and implement an audit process to maintain data accuracy and process efficiency. You should also be able to suggest and implement automation solutions to improve the efficiency of demand planning processes, and prepare key process dashboards with detailed insights on demand planning performance. Additionally, you will be expected to track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to forecast accuracy, customer consumption, and process efficiency. Furthermore, as part of the team, you will work closely with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to refine forecasts and ensure alignment on key metrics. Your support for cross-functional initiatives that enhance forecasting accuracy and supply chain efficiency will be crucial for the success of the demand planning processes.,
