Demand Planner

As a Customer Service Representative in the pharmaceutical industry, your role involves interacting with cross functional teams such as BD, CROM, Supply Planning, and Material Planning Team. You will be responsible for providing and processing information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about pharmaceutical products and related services. Your main job responsibilities include: - Dealing directly with the cross functional team either by telephone, electronically, or face to face - Responding promptly to inquiries, concerns, and requests and communicating/coordinating with internal departments - Obtaining and evaluating all relevant information to handle product and supply-related inquiries - Facilitating order acceptance - Directing requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource - Recording details of inquiries, comments, and complaints - Recording details of actions taken For this role, you are required to have: - PG in Pharmaceuticals or equivalent.
