Roles & Responsibilities: Plan and execute result-driven demand generation and offline marketing campaigns. Manage and lead field executive teams to generate leads and promote the battery swapping concept. Create and oversee marketing materials and ensure consistent messaging across channels. Communicate product offerings effectively to customers (primarily e-rickshaw drivers) and field teams. Drive new lead generation and nurture existing leads through demand-focused initiatives. Track, analyze, and optimize the performance and ROI of marketing activities. Collaborate with internal teams to grow the marketing database and strengthen the lead pipeline. Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in offline campaigns, lead generation, and managing field sales teams. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects under tight timelines. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Willingness to work from field office locations. Excellent communication, copywriting, and proofreading skills.
