Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Demand Generation Manager to lead digital-first, AI-powered marketing programs for India, with the scope to expand into APAC markets. This role requires a B2B marketing expert who can design and execute multi-channel campaigns that deliver measurable pipeline growth, while collaborating closely with sales, product, and global marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Execution:
Develop and implement integrated demand generation campaigns tailored for the India market, with scalability for APAC expansion. - Digital Marketing Leadership:
Drive performance across SEO, SEM, paid social, content marketing, webinars, account-based marketing (ABM) , and email nurture programs. - Social Media Impact:
Manage organic and paid social campaigns to build brand awareness, strengthen thought leadership, and generate qualified leads. - AI-Driven Marketing:
Leverage AI tools for personalized campaigns, predictive lead scoring, content optimization, and marketing automation enhancements . - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with sales, product, and global marketing to align campaigns with business goals and ensure lead quality. - Analytics Optimization:
Monitor campaign KPIs, track ROI, and continuously improve program performance through data insights. - Budget Vendor Management:
Manage marketing budgets and external agency/technology partnerships to maximize efficiency and impact. - Manage and mentor the Inbound Qualification team to improve speed-to-lead, lead quality, and conversion rates.
Required Skills Qualifications
- 12 15 years of progressive experience in B2B demand generation and digital marketing.
- Proven track record of delivering qualified pipeline and revenue growth .
- Strong expertise in digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, content syndication, display, webinars).
- Hands-on experience with AI marketing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, HubSpot AI, Adobe Sensei) and marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot).
- Excellent understanding of the India B2B market landscape ; APAC experience a plus.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills , with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with industrial or manufacturing sector marketing .
- Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
- Exposure to multi-country campaign management in APAC.
- Google Ads, HubSpot, Marketo, or AI marketing certifications.
