Delivery Rider

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Rider to deliver packages, documents, and/or goods safely and on time to clients and customers. The ideal candidate will ensure prompt delivery while maintaining excellent customer service and adhering to traffic and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely pick up and deliver packages, documents, or goods to designated locations.
• Verify delivery information, including addresses and contact details.
• Collect payments or obtain signatures where required.
• Handle parcels with care and ensure items are not damaged during transit.
• Maintain delivery records, logs, and receipts.
• Perform routine checks and basic maintenance of the motorcycle to ensure roadworthiness.
• Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
• Report any incidents, delays, or delivery issues to the supervisor.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Valid motorcycle driving license.
• Proven experience as a Rider, Delivery Driver, or similar role (preferred).
• Good knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery deadlines.
• Physically fit and able to handle long hours of riding.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Other Requirements:

• Must own a smartphone (if deliveries are app-based).
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Punctual, disciplined, and reliable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
