Responsibilities:

• Deliver food orders safely and on time to customers.
• Pick up food items from restaurants and ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain communication with the dispatch team or app.
• Follow the assigned delivery route and time schedule.
• Ensure proper handling of food items to avoid damage or spillage.
• Collect payments (if Cash on Delivery).
• Maintain good customer service and professional behavior during deliveries.
• Keep the vehicle (bike/scooter) clean and in good working condition.
• Follow traffic rules and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum education: 10th Pass (preferred).
• Must have a valid driving license (2-wheeler).
• Own a bike/scooter with valid registration and insurance.
• Good knowledge of local routes and areas.
• Ability to use smartphone apps (delivery app, maps).
• Good communication skills.
• Punctual, responsible, and customer-focused.
