The Delivery Rider will be responsible for picking up and delivering packages promptly and safely to customers. Additional tasks include tracking deliveries, maintaining a professional appearance, ensuring the items delivered are in good condition, and providing excellent customer service. Attention to detail, adherence to safety guidelines, and punctuality are critical for this role. Qualifications Valid driver’s license, familiarity with local routes, and experience in driving or riding two-wheelers. Strong customer service skills, including politeness, professionalism, and effective communication. Basic time management and organizational skills to ensure timely deliveries. Ability to work in varying weather conditions and handle physical activities such as carrying parcels. High level of responsibility and attention to safety standards during deliveries. Experience in delivery or logistics roles is a plus but not required. Knowledge of using delivery-related apps or GPS for navigation is advantageous.
