Delivery Rider

As a Rider, your role involves delivering packages, documents, and goods safely and on time to clients and customers. You will be responsible for ensuring prompt delivery, maintaining excellent customer service, and adhering to traffic and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Safely pick up and deliver packages, documents, or goods to designated locations. - Verify delivery information, including addresses and contact details. - Handle parcels with care to prevent damage during transit. - Maintain delivery records, logs, and receipts. - Perform routine checks and basic maintenance of the motorcycle for roadworthiness. - Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety guidelines. - Provide excellent customer service throughout deliveries. - Report any incidents, delays, or delivery issues to the supervisor. Qualifications & Skills: - Valid motorcycle driving license. - Proven experience as a Rider, Delivery Driver, or similar role (preferred). - Good knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations. - Strong time-management and organizational skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery deadlines. - Physically fit and able to handle long hours of riding. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. As per the job description, the company prefers candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent. Additionally, you are required to own a smartphone if deliveries are app-based and have a clean driving record.
