As a Bike Rider, your role involves delivering products to customers safely and on time. You will be responsible for ensuring that the package is handled with care and delivered in good condition. It is essential to plan efficient routes using maps or navigation tools to optimize delivery times. Communication with customers should be conducted in a polite and professional manner. Any issues or delays should be promptly reported to the supervisor or dispatch team. Additionally, maintaining the bike in good working condition and reporting any faults immediately are crucial aspects of this role.
